Service Description

The AlcoTag by Buddi is a small, rugged device with alcohol monitoring, GPS tracking, and RF curfew functionality. AlcoTag has the same core functionality, including the optical secure strap, as the Smart Tag Tether with the addition of transdermal alcohol monitoring that provides real time alerts.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 48 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. A no call no show will result in you having to pay in full for another test.
